Using Bluelight Throughput Test Mode testing the maximum available network bandwidth between any two points across the network is easy and intuitive .

The typical test setup is as follows.

 

 

The first key point here is the TX and RX settings on the local and remote testers must exactly match with each other.

 

Secondly the local and remote testers must run the measurements under the Throughput Test Mode at the same time.

Now you will get the test results similar to below depending on your actual settings.

 

(Note: If you conduct a throughput test at the same physical location, you can also only use one tester with both port 1 and port 2. The test setup is exactly the same as above.)
